"I'm going to open up her trapezius by a nice little shoulder press. So I'm going to place my foot right beside her hips, really make sure you got a good placement there, bend the knee and support her back. And I'm going to lean directly over placing my shoulders directly over my wrist. And I'm going to start gently pulling the trapezius muscle. Start on the side then move your hands forward and again just gently pull out to the sides as you're gently pressing down. Again side, and then go ahead place your hands back and again just pulling out to the sides as you gently press down. You can do this as much as you can until you feel that trapezius really open up and start to relax. Do this as many times as you like, ah, she's starting to open up nicely here. Make sure you're still supporting her weight with your leg at her back and there she goes, nice and open."
