"Coming into the Rowboat. It's a nice little exercise, a nice little pose for one reason, you're stretching out the shoulders, you're stretching out the back, oh my God, you're doing so much for your client here. So I'm going to go ahead and show it. I'm going to sit back. You know what; I'm going to sweep her arms back first. So coming up, sweep one arm back, roll your hand down, sweep the other arm back. Cross your legs, kind of like wagging your tail, sit right down, run the hands down grabbing a hold the wrists. Now I'm going to be placing my feet into her back, I'm going to slightly lean her forward. Now notice, I have got a clench on her hands, I just kind of nice loose hold. So I'm going to start to slowly press into the back, straighten your legs and I'm going to have her lift her chin, perfect. Ease it down. Move the feet a couple inches up and again, press in, straighten the legs out. Notice that nice little chest expansion there. Ease it down. I'm going to start moving my feet slowly down. Beautiful. Release. Ease it down a little bit more. Ahhhh! Let's do one more time, little bit lower, press. Notice how she's lifting that chin, getting a nice back bend there, chest expansion, shoulder stretch. This is one of those multipurpose poses. I'm going to ease down. Keep one foot on her to keep it steady. Keep contact with your client. Perfect."
