"I'm going to be working on Keri's feet here, so first I want to lay her down comfortably. So I'm going to place one hand on the lower part of the back, and one on the back of her head. And tell your client to lean against your hand on the back of the head. And you just slowly start lowering down, and I got a pillow here for her so her head will be nice and comfortable. And I'm going to come over here, straighten out her legs. Kind of give her a gentle lengthening, and release the feet down. What we're going to be doing is palming the sole of the foot here. So I'm going to take one palm on one, one palm on the other. Now notice I'm in a kneeling diamond pose, and I start rocking side, to side, to side. And then I'm going to place my hands again in front and start rocking up, opening up those ankles. And you can do that as many times as you like. Do a nice side, to side, to side, to side. Bring them back and rock as you slowly move the hands down. Now if you're going to open it up, you need to close it up. Keep them nice and balanced. So I'm going to take one hand on the outside and twist inwards, twist inwards. And now again I'm coming into a nice rocking motion. As I go back and forth, back and forth. Kind of release your hand from the other foot when you're paying attention to the other one. Just one more time to each side. You can feel when the ankles kind of release there. Perfect. Lots of meta, lots of loving kindness."
