"Coming in to foot and ankle rotations, I'm going to pick up Carrie's foot here and I'm kind of scoot up a little bit. Now I'm going to place the foot right here on the belly. Now if you're uncomfortable with any situation with the foot being so close, you do have the option in placing the pillow there, but, I feel quite comfortable here. One hand is going to be underneath the, them, what is this called? The heel? Yes, you're heel. One hand on top of the foot. Now, it's a nice circular motion here. You'll kind of almost notice that hip as it gently presses forward and comes back. It's kind of a little addition to this nice flow. Start press forward, making circular motions as you lean back you're really pulling, twisting that ankle. And if you're going to go in one direction, make sure you go to the other. So she's not only getting a nice foot and ankle rotation, she's getting a little bit of lengthening here, from hip to heel. Beautiful. Scoot down, ease the foot down. Perfect."
