"Coming into the angel twist, I am going to use a pillow for her comfort. So I'm going to place it where it's handy. Hand underneath the knee. I'm going to start by placing the sole of her foot onto the floor. Place that pillow over the opposite knee. I'm going to come into a nice warrior stance and gently, gently press that knee onto the pillow. Now I'm going to wag my tail slightly off to the side and I'm going to start literally pressing along that nice T band, up and down and I'm using my palm here, not the thumbs, not the fingers. I'm using my palm as I gently press in. I'm also using this opposite hand to control this knee so I'm not having her bob up and down. Give her some control. As you gently, palm down and palm right back up. You'll feel it start to loosen up for you. Runners really like this one. Perfect. Ease that leg down."
