"I'm going to come in to the nice knee stretch here. So I'm going to reach down, grab underneath Carrie's knee, lift the heel and bend the knee, setting off to the side. Now I want to place the opposite leg over her leg for a little bit of control. And then I place same side leg underneath. Now literally underneath her knee with my toes pointing out, I'm going to grab a hold of her heel, kind of make sure that knee's at a nice ninety degree angle over the hip and then the heel on top of the foot. And then start just gentle pressure of my foot, gentle pulling of the foot, of her foot. And you got to hold for just a few breaths. Make sure you ease out a little bit. And then again, just gently leaning back. Now notice my back, I'm trying to make sure that I stay as comfortable as she is. So I'm keeping my back nice and straight, shoulders relax down and away from the ears. We'll do that one more time. Relax the energy. Then again, lean back, pressing in underneath the, her knee and then gently pulling her foot, nice little knee stretch. Releasing the energy, release, we're going to release it off to the side, giving her just a little bit of a stretch. Perfect. Straighten your leg out."
