"Now during a Thai Yoga massage, they can be sitting up, they can be on their back, they can be on their belly, on their side. But you as a practitioner want to be doing the flipping for them. Yes, you can look down and say roll over, please. But you want, if they're relaxed and you want to keep them in that relaxed frame of mind, you can do the flips for them. The first thing we're going to do is a nice hurricane kick, hurricane flip. So I'm going to let her arm come over the head. Since she's going to be rolling over that way, we don't want that arm in the way. I'm going to come into a helicopter. Again, this helps make sure she's relaxed and it kind of shows you what you're working with here. So I'm going to helicopter just a couple times because it feels so good. And I've got my hand underneath. You've got the knee, you've got control. As you gently push her over, and gently roll her over, perfect. Now we're going to come in the opposite direction. Again, this arm's going to need to be up. You're going to take this hand behind the back in that nice little CIA lock here. Grab a hold of the shoulder, start rolling her back, but release that hand before she comes onto the back. And she's right back onto her back. Those are two really easy rolls, easy flips to move your client around."
