Video Transcript

"This is a series of stretches for your back, and they feel wonderful. Bring the ball to the center and place your hands on it. The first thing we are going to do is go ahead and push the ball out. And, come all the way into an extended pose. Bringing the tailbone up into the air. Stretching out the shoulders by pushing the ball way out there. Inhale here. Exhale. Close that ribcage and come into a Hollowing Cat position, pulling the ball close to you. Inhale here and exhale. Push the ball back out. Stretching out. From here, go ahead and hand over hand, come to each side. And then, coming the other way. Stretching out the side. And, one more time. Sinking in the middle, and then coming all the way up into Cat. Bringing the ball forward."
