"Now, we are going to do a push up from the ball. The difficulty of the push up increases as you move away from the ball. So, start by coming onto your knees and bringing the ball right in front of you. Center the ball in front of your body, and just go ahead and lean over it. Bringing your hands in front. Then, lift up and begin to roll forward. Nice and gently. This position is probably a good position for a beginner. Inhale. Lower. Exhale. Up. As you move out, you are going to increase the lever and the weight that is on your hands. Take a nice inhale and exhale, push up. Gently walk back, rolling on the ball. Coming back to your knees, and just allow yourself to hang over the ball. Stretching out the scapula and the arms that you just worked."
