"Now I'll show you how to paint the base coat on our Dragon Clapper. First take one of the small pieces of wood and lay it on top of the six inch piece and just draw a line like that on both the top and the bottom around like that. You can do it all the way around and even mark the sides and we're going to paint the smaller section red and the larger section green. So you can take your acrylic paint and I just like to squirt a little bit on a plate so that I can throw this plate that becomes my pallet and we'll paint this section red and the other section green. Paint all over on all sides, clean off your brush and then paint the rest of the sections completely with the green. We'll paint all the sides, you'll probably get a little paint on your hands. The acrylic paint is very quick drying so you won't have to wait long to complete the painting of the design, so you paint the small pieces green and then this the end of the large section green."
