"I call this exercise golf swing and it is a really good exercise for golfers and in this one you actually can use a little bit heavier weight particularly if you are a man. The exercise is focused on holding in the abs, really engaging. Pulling up on that pelvic floor, closing the rib cage whenever you exhale and that is when we are going to swing. Because we are going to be twisting the torso in our swing we want to make sure that we're supported in our back so bringing the weight right out here we're going to take a nice inhale, exhale, swing and come up, exhale, pull in the abs and come up and swing and come up. So you can do this in different, as you notice I came down low and up and medium and here and here. Perfect for strengthening the abs while rotating the torso."
