"This is a tricep exercise using weights. Bringing the weights down we're going to keep the arms straight but always with a micro bend. I'm going to turn around and show you the exercise. Holding the arms right here we're going to take a nice inhale and exhale lift up as far as you can go. Inhale lower, resist the return, exhale up, inhale lower, exhale up and holding right there we are going to do eight little pulses and breath at will for one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, inhale lower. And after you do pulses always do the full range of motion one more time and come down. Remember that when you are doing these exercises that you don't allow your body to come forward like this, nothing moves except your arms."
