"Now we are going to be talking on how to do a low backhand. It is going to be very similar to the forehand but we are going to repeat a couple of things. Again you want to keep the face of your racket looking up to this angle, always always keep it up here. Don't go down or even get a little higher, just right here, you are going to feel comfortable at this point and then again you want to go down on your knees, get over with that volley. Your volley is going to have to go a little up with your racket and then you are going to finish that shot, come back to your center. No matter how tempted you feel to get your racket down just make sure your racket is always up. If you bring your racket down you are going to feel like your balls are not going to go over the net. The only way that your balls are going to go over the net is you keep the head of the racket up so you can see, right here in this part of my hand you are going to create a lot of leverage that is going to give you strength to get the ball up higher over the net then if you just bring the racket down and you don't have the leverage or the strength to get the racket up. So remember keep the head of your racket up for your low volleys."
