" Now we're going to be talking about how to do an overhead. Overhead is a very challenging shot and the most challenging, challenging part of an overhead is to get right there under the ball. Once you are there, everything should be a little easier. The way you want to start is with your left foot in front of you and your right foot in front of you. This is a very important position. Next step is to bring your racquet back. Make sure that your elbow is bent. Let me show you on my back. This is very important that your racquet is all the way down. Next, how you move; you want to be able to move really well. Your challenge is going to be moving back and forth. So, let me show you how to move back and now let me show you how to move forward. You're normally going to be hitting an overhead coming from the volleys. So, you're normally going to be going back when you move. Next thing; you want to start pointing to the ball. It really helps to get your arm kind of up, so it helps your shoulders to go; right shoulder wants to higher, left shoulder wants to be a little down. Just let me show you from the, from the, from the, from the, from the side. As you can see how my body's trying to get like this. This is how you kind of want to be. You want to be kind of pointing up, pointing to the ball. You're following the ball. Left knee, bended and once you get the ball to a distance, you think you're going to hit it. You're going to release your racquet, try to hit it as high as you can and finish up on this way of doing it to make sure you don't hit yourself. Just keep going. Don't stop your arm, like don't stop your arm over here but keep going. Your body is going to be stopping your racquet and this is how an overhead is done."
