"We are going to start with a warm up that I like to do. My coach at the university pretty much showed me how to do this, but it's very basic. It's basically run a little, slow don't start too hard. I like to come here to the line, come back here. Now, what I'm going to do is do a warm up on the side. Lateral movement is very important on tennis court. So, we're going to start warming up for that. Basically what we do; we stay on our toes, we move laterally, and we just kind of jump in our toes. So, let me start that over and then I come back. OK."
