"This exercise is called leg extensions, and we're going to utilize the stairs in our houses, or your front porch stairs. Anywhere you can find stairs, you can do this exercise. Now, you can do this exercise for a warm up, for your other in home exercises, or you can do it for cardio, in and of itself, so if you are going to be doing cardio, do it for about five minutes. Add it to your other cardio stair exercises. You want to do a total twenty minutes for your cardio. Here's the leg extension. You're going to step up to the step. Extend your leg back. Lower down, and then switch legs. Now if you want to focus on muscle conditioning, you can grab some canned items or some water bottles. Place them in your hands to add a little bit extra resistance, and you want to keep it nice and slow, and really push through that glute. Now for cardio, start to pick it up. Go a little faster, and you can go side to side, really squeezing that glute. Keep your abs in, shoulders back. Think about your posture at all times, and that exercise, leg extensions."
