"This exercise is lunges with arm combination. Now we are really going to work that entire lower body. We are going to use the stairs within our house and if you happen to have a couple of water bottles on hand you can incorporate a great arm exercise with this as well. So you are going to come to your stairs and step really far away so that when you step on to the stairs you have got a really good wide stance and that heel in the back is lifted up. As soon as your foot hits the stair then you want to lunge down to where you have 90 degrees, 90 degrees at your knees and then come up and push off from the stairs and then step with the other foot, down up and push back. Now if you want these are called dynamic lunges and if you want to really feel the burn you can do a static lunge and just hold it and pulse down and up or you can even just simply hold the lunge and then work your upper body. You can work the shoulders, you can work the biceps and you can even work your triceps and then come up out of your lunge and those are your lunges with arm combinations."
