"Now we are going to get to the front of the chair. We are going to start off with our right leg walking, one, two, three, get your left leg straddle, straddle, plie down to the chair followed by twisting to the right, twisting to the left. Now this is going to be a tricky part. You are going to take your right leg, swing it around, followed by left leg, cross over, what you do with the left you always do to the right. It is called symmetrical training. With the left followed by the right, cross over. You do use a little bit of your tricep, a little bit of your bicep, a little bit of your stomach but this movement is really a stretch movement and it is forcing you to get those inner hip abductors working."
