"Hi, my name is Tishambia Caine and I'm with Studio Soiree, and today we're doing cardio cabaret chair dancing. So now we're going to do a little bit of kicks. Throughout the movement we've been doing some stretching movements and kicking around a little bit, just getting used to the chair. But let's work on our our legs. So what we're going to do is we're going to simply walk ourself around the chair however you want. Going to grab the chair and maybe do something kind of fun with it. And then with your left leg you're going to kick up, that's one, two. And then the right leg, three, four. If you're not flexible, you can bring it parallel to the floor. And if you're still not even flexible or as comfortable, you can even bring it up here. The key is point your toe, make it long. Try to kick out first and then down. You can do this movement, which is kind of a ballet movement. Or more of a kick boxing movement, which is bend the knee, kick out, down. The other thing is to make it more challenging. Get up on your toes, then kick up. One, two, three, four. Now the key to again any kind of dancing, is control of the stomach. I'm using my legs, but I am using my abdomen to hold it in. When you let it out, you tend to just kind of wiggle. You don't want to do that. Hold it in, and control."
