"Before I actually show you the full movement there is actually a step I left out. It is a good idea to have a pair of long pants to actually do this dance routine. So I'm going to start from the actual beginning and then you are going to see the one step I had left out and then I will continue so we're going to start back at our first position, right leg first, one, two, three, four, lift it up, six, seven, eight, here's the turn. That's one, then collapse, two, right leg out, three, four, lift it up, five, six, seven, bam. That is two movements or 16 counts. The next movement I'm going to show you is the one, two, collapse down, three, leg out, four. Now this is going to be a hard movement so you are going to have to use every part of your leg muscles to slowly bring yourself up, point your left toe and slowly bring it up, five, bring your toe in, six, turn, seven, eight so let's go through it again from the very beginning I'm going to count all the steps. Again right leg first, one, two, three, four, bring it up, six, seven, eight, turn it around, collapse, three, four, bring it up, six, seven, eight, here's the shoulder, two, collapse, four, bring it up, on five, six, turn around, eight and stop."
