"Hi, my name is Tishambia. I'm with Studio Soiree, and today we're going to be learning the cardio-cabaret chair routine. Now, I've already done eight steps, so we're going to go on to the second movement. We're in this position, which is the last step. We're going to work on the second movement. It starts with collapsing into the chair. This is one. Followed by getting your left leg out. This is two. Followed by your right leg out. This is three. The important part of this movement, is to keep yourself on your toes, this will help you stretch your hamstrings on both sides here. So, we're on three. Now, what you're going to do, is, you're going to take your right leg up, that's four. This is all about control. One part of dancing, that the most controlling part of your body is your abdomen. If you let your body go, if your body just kind of wiggles. So, when you're in a certain position, you want to engage your abdomen. So, we're on four. Now, we're going to make a turn to the right. That's five, followed by six, seven, collapse. Boom!"
