"Now from our Chaturanga or Crocodile Pose in the full position, we're going to be moving into Upward Facing Dog. And that's going to incorporate some back bending and some chest opening. So coming back, finding our plank, moving as we shift, lower for Chaturanga, now we're going to move, floating ourselves onto the tops of the feet lengthening our arms, so our chest is open and we're just resting the tops of the feet on the mat. Maybe hard to see in this position, but just imagining that just your shoe laces, if you had shoes on, are just resting on the mat. So again, moving from our plank, Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog."
