"So moving into our next pose in our sun salutations, the plank pose. Beginning from the beginning, let's inhale up, exhaling and diving, inhaling our right foot back, exhaling to down dog. And now from here, we should have pretty good alignment here, as long as our lunge was nice and deep. So from here, we're going to slowly bring our shoulders over the wrists to find a full plank position. And our hands should be about shoulder distance apart, and we can step them a little bit closer if they seem like they're out a little too far. And we want to avoid here sagging through the belly, which is a common mistake. Another common mistake is lifting through the rear to take off some of the pressure in the belly. But the focus here is on a strong belly, strong spine. And we can flow, moving through our shoulders; between our down dog, and our plank; practicing that a few times, getting the feel of it. And then we can begin to move to our next portion."
