Video Transcript

"We're starting to move into the center portion, the middle portion of our sun salutations. So starting from the beginning again, we've inhaled up, diving forward, inhale, and stepping back. Now from this lunge we're going to step back into downward facing dog. So let's plant our hands firmly into the ground, and we're going to step that left foot to meet the right foot, reaching up and back with the hips, flattening out through the spine, reaching long from the tail to the crown. And this is downward facing dog. So really focusing here on a long spine. So we can put a small bend in our knees if keeping a long spine proves difficult, and again, taking your time to practice moving from one pose to another, as we slowly move into our next part."
