Video Transcript

"So the next part of our sun salutation is to lunge back with the right foot. So we've inhaled ourselves up, we've exhaled, diving forward. And now from here, our hands are on the floor, our feet are about hip distance apart, and we're going to reach back with the right leg, into a very high lunge. And this is sometimes challenging for people when they have tightness in through the quadricep, in through the front of the hip. But the important thing to remember here is keeping the knee over the ankle, really feeling a nice long leg in the back, and you can practice that, as well. Stepping back to the top, really focusing on reaching back with that heel, pulling the right heel away from the body, so that we can move into the next portion."
