"I'm just going to do a couple stretches now to finish the arm workout. Stretch your biceps out. You could really just make a fist and just stretch your arms out, like this, and just really try to feel it in your biceps. I can really feel it right now. Just open up. Also for your triceps, you can just bring your elbow right up top and just press down on it and you should really be able to feel it through that long head, in your triceps, all the way down, in your armpit up to your elbow. Just don't forget to do the other arm, as well. That should be good. I usually like to finish up with a little cardio, as well. Say you were to start with ten to fifteen minutes; you could end up with ten to fifteen minutes, as well. It just helps to pump the blood around your body and it's a nicer way to cool down. You really should see some nice gains from it. I'm just going to do the same thing I did when I started, I'm just going to go at a three and a half speed, at about a three and a half incline, again, just about for ten to fifteen minutes, just to cool down. For each exercise I showed you, I'd probably do about two to three sets of each and then move onto the next exercise. If you're just starting off, I would do about two exercises and probably work within the eight to twelve rep range and you should be good. You should be able to get a nice full arm workout in."
