"So I'm going to show you a couple of forearm exercises here to finish up arms. We're going to be hitting the top of the forearm here now. So what you can do is, I'll give you a couple options. You could do some reverse curls here. I'm just using the easy bar for now. Same principles as if you're doing a regular standing bar bell curl for biceps except you're using the reverse grip here and it's just called a reverse curl and you're just going to do some curls just like that. Again, this is going to hit your biceps a little bit as well, but you're mainly just going to have to grip real hard. Wrap that thumb right around and just going to be hitting that part of the forearm. You can switch it up. You can use a straight bar. If you want to use the preacher you can even use that. Just help keep it strict. So if you want to switch it up and you want to do something other than reverse curls to hit the top of your forearm you could do reverse wrist curls. So you're just going to grab a light weight with a barbell and this is a tough one to do. That's why you're going to want to go light. Be sure that the elbows are on the bench and you're just going to curl right up. I like to use a little momentum with this because it's so hard. Just get it right up, just swing it and you should be able to feel that right in the top of the forearms. You could even attach a handle to the bottom cable and just do curls up like this. It's the same idea as the reverse curl if you want to switch it up as well. So that is, any one of those exercises should be good to hit the top of your forearm."
