"So for our third exercise I like to do a bicep exercise where you are going to get a nice stretch in the biceps. We already did a couple of mass builders so it would just be good to get a stretch, to get as much growth as possible. So there are a couple of different things you can do. First one I want to show you is just a cable curl from the bottom, so just bring the cable down to the bottom. You can use pretty much any bar where you can do a curl with, just use a curved bar right here. And it is just as simple as this. Keep the elbows in, get that nice stretch in the biceps, squeeze right up. Again, do not come too high, stop right around here, back down, get that stretch, squeeze right up. So the second bicep exercise I will show you for just getting a nice stretch is just a cable curl again, except you are going to use two D-bar handles as you can see. Just grab one in each arm, the cable is set at the top, and you are going to get that nice stretch in the biceps and bring it right in. So as you can see to get a really good stretch right here, squeeze it right in, and just keep those elbows up, and just peak it right at the top there. That is a good one, and I will show you one more. So this last bicep exercise for getting our stretch I want to show you is called the incline curl. Just lie back on an incline, this will just allow you to bring your arms down further to get a stretch, and you are just going to curl right up. Again, just try not to use too much momentum, and I like to rotate the numbers as you can see as I am coming up. And bring them back down slow, and squeeze them right up. So any one of these three exercises should be good for your third bicep exercise."
