So for the second triceps exercise here, I'm going to be doing some triceps press downs. And this is a really good exercise as well. So you're just going to go to your cable station here, bring the cables up to the top, and right now this bar is not awkwardly shaped but you can basically can use any bar you want to you can use a straight bar, you can use a V bar, you can use a curve bar like this. Switches up the field a little bit, I like to switch it around. Just find one that you like, and maybe just stick with that for a little bit. So you're just going to bring it down, elbows in close to the sides, and you're just pressing down, bring this cable back up to w here I'm parallel, press back down. If you want to come a little bit higher, get a little stretch in the triceps you can. But generally just right back parallel, and press right back down. Just make sure you keep those elbows locked in, close to the sides, and you're not moving them around, up or down too much. Just nice and steady. If you want to switch it up a little bit, you could even do a triceps press down over the head, you might need a friend to help you with this. And just put one leg in front of the other, again you don't want to flare the elbows out too much. And you're just going to be pushing forward with the triceps, getting that nice stretch back, pressing right out and you should feel that in the triceps good. And now this is a great one for the triceps, should good for the second exercise for the tri's.
