"So four our sixth exercise for the upper body circuit here we are going to be doing a back exercise. I know that look is kind of considered a back exercise but we are really going to target the back here. We are going to do a bent over row. Now this will just be pretty much hitting the lower back as well as the upper and middle back here and it is going to be hitting everything. A lot of people like to start with the bar on the rack but I like to start with the bar on the ground just the way it should be done so you are just staying nice and parallel to the ground and it hits that lower back nice and hard. So you are just going to come down and grab. You can mess around with the grips here, I like to go pretty narrow. Again you are going to keep that stomach locked and you are just going to roll right in. You are just going to think of your hands as hooked and you are just pulling the elbows right back, knees slightly bent, make sure that back is nice and straight and as you can see it is putting some stress on the lower back and you have got to support yourself up and you are just using that upper back to pull it right in. Now another way you can do this is you can use dumb bells as well. With these again you are just going to bend over, I like to keep them and go like this and then I rotate them as I come up and that feels nice. Again it just switches it up if you like a little bit of variety, it just switches it up. But that is definitely a good one to hit the back."
