"So for the third exercise for the legs we are going to be doing a leg press. Now there’s different variations of leg presses. This one is plate loaded leg press and should work fine. Again with this exercise you are going to be working quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluts, pretty much the same as the squats and the lunges you are going to be working pretty much the same body parts. Now you can actually switch the feel of the muscles depending on your foot placement. If you want to get more hamstrings I would go a bit higher so you can see when you are coming down you are using more of this part right here and if you want to do a little bit more quads I go lower so you can see you are pushing with the quads here and again I just want to make sure that the feet are nice and straight, toes are pointed straight, knees are straight and you are not coming in or out too much and just perform the exercises like so, keep it nice and steady. Now this one kind of stops you the range of motion is not too good. It feels pretty good though. Some leg exercises and leg presses will let you come down all the way. I would be careful. You want to make sure that you are coming down far enough but you don't want to come down too far and crush yourself so you want to get that nice medium, that nice in between there but again don't load up too much weight and skimp the range of motion. Your body doesn't know how much weight you are lifting and your muscles don't know how much weight you are lifting so if you want maximum muscle recruitment use good form."
