"Now the next exercise I'm going to show you for legs is going to be the lunge. This is also a really good mass builder. Right now I'm holding on just using dumbbells, you can just hold a dumbbell on each hand right here. You're just going to step forward, get a bend in the leg, you're going to come right down so the knees are parallel. Again the knee is pointing straight ahead right above the toes, you've got a nice bend in the legs. And you're going to push right off. You're going to step forward, bend the knee and ideally when it comes to the back knee right before it touches the ground, again just make sure you've got that nice ninety degree angle, everything is nice and straight. And you should definitely again just feel this in the quadriceps, the hamstrings, and the glutes. And if you want to switch it up you can use a barbell on your back. I see a lot of people who like to do that. You can also even use this smith machine over there which is just a barbell on a track and you can do that by alternating legs, so you are not going anywhere. And it keeps it easier, just makes it a little more stable, you don't have to worry about stabilizing yourself and you can use either method and should be good."
