"So the first exercise for the legs I am going to show you here is the squat and it is the king of leg exercises. You are just going to be hitting your quadriceps, your hamstrings, your gluts and it is going to be working your abdominals and lower back, pretty much everything. What you are going to want to do before you come up to the bars is you are going to want to lock that stomach, just suck the stomach in, nothing more than that. It is going to engage the abdominals, help you to use good form, help you to keep that back straight. A couple of check points here is I am going to get the bar into my back and as you are coming down you are going to want to make sure to keep the knees pointing straight over the toes, you don't want them moving in and out and also you don't want the feet moving in and out, keep the feet pointed straight ahead and you are just going to come down. I like to keep the feet a little parallel and I like to go at least down to parallel and just push right off through the heels. By focusing on pushing off through the heels it helps to keep you flat footed so you are not learning forward on your toes and using bad form. Again stomach is nice and locked and this is the best leg exercise in the book."
