"Next we are going to move into a seated spinal twist here on our chair. This is another exercise that is going to create a healthy back which is so very important as we get older to keep our spines healthy to help prevent any bone loss in our spines, any loss of flexibility in our spines so let's go ahead and sit up nice and tall and we are going to slowly start to twist ourselves towards the right side and we are going to reach for the chair with the right hand and we can continue to move ourselves around. If we are able to grab the back of the chair then we can do that or we can just be very gently twisting and again we are going to hold this stretch, holding and breathing and doing some twisting into the middle of the body as well as the spine and we will come back to center making sure to do that on the other side as well."
