"This exercise using the towel is the chest stretch. So this going to make your chest nice and open and it'll also help us with our posture at the same time. So grab your towel and just bring it behind you and you're going to open up that chest as wide as you can. Soften your knees and just pull back. Now, if you want, you can lean forward a little bit and just bring your arms up over your head. And this is a really good stretch for the chest, your arms, and you want to think about pulling your abdominal muscles in and really stretch nice and long. And then you can always return back to standing. Any time you're doing a stretch, you want to think about holding it anywhere between twenty to thirty seconds. And the idea behind that is, is the longer you hold your stretch, the more fatigued your muscles and tendons become and then they start to give way and lengthen. And that is your chest stretch using the towel."
