"This exercise is called couch leg extensions. And we're going to really focus on the gluts, the hamstrings, focus on the core, and really lengthening out, improving your posture. So all you need to do is just come on the side of your couch or you can come behind your couch. And you're going to come into a plank position, your hands are nice and wide, you want to tuck your pelvis under, engage your abdominal muscles, and then just lift one leg up, flex your foot, and lower down, and lift up, and lower down, up and down. So your breathing is exhale up, inhale down. Now you can work your leg differently by pointing your toes, lifting up and down. And if you want to really feel the burn, lift your leg up as high as you can, flex your foot, and tiny little pulses. And then you can really isolate the glut area. Another thing you can do is you can hold your leg up and perform small circles and reverse your circles. So you can do about a minute on each leg. It'll be just enough time to get you through that commercial. So those are your couch leg extensions."
