"So you want to go and grab your knife and clean off your wheel head and take that and put it on your canvas and make sure that all of this stuff is on your canvas board, canvas will absorb this and through the end of the day we'll be able to wedge this up and then we'll be throwing it tomorrow so it doesn't go to waste. I've got my other ball of clay for my other plate right here and it is the same exact size and you want to do the same exact thing. We are going to clean up the bottom here and this little dimple, I want to make sure it is facing towards the top, find the center of the wheel head and that wasn't it, there it is, right there, secure it. You just want to squeeze it all in there, doing that wheel wedging thing again and the more you can use the force of your body, whether you weigh 200 pounds or 90 pounds, if you use the force of your body it is going to allow your wrists to do less work and you want to keep those wrists working as long as you can. You don't want to blow them out making pots so now we have a nice centered piece of clay."
