"From those bowls that we made we have that nice centered mark where we can just bullseye that guy right on there. Make sure that we secure it to the bottom so it doesn't fly off the wheel head and it is secured. So we are going to do some wheel wedging, just like the bowls or just like anything else any piece of clay that goes on to the wheel head I always wheel wedge it. It ensures that we don't have any air bubbles throughout the mass of clay and also when you bring it up like this just a little higher to make that cone you can center it like that and then come down with your hands locked into each other and your arms locked into your legs and any little wobble you feel in your fingers, sort it out, bring it down and then we have a nice centered piece of clay."
