Alright, so now we've got our nice little pot belly mug that, like before, is all ready to go. Now you can take a nice dry, I like to use these ones, the store bought sponges, that don't have as weird marks like those do. You can go and clean up the bottom, this is so you don't have to trim. Just clean it up a little bit, you can actually dry your hand, and just make a little indentation down there, and that gives it this little foot, a little foot, you didn't have to trim it in there. So when you go to glaze, you get a little glaze down there, and then the glaze line will stop right about there, and it will give you a nice foot. It will rest in the kiln so you don't have to worry about the glaze dripping on the kiln shelves, and you don't have to worry about trimming it, just straight from the wheel to the worktable. And from here, you want to go ahead and find a spot where that handle's going to be, and I'm thinking, let's see, right about there, you can just size it up. See how I did, you kind of visualize how it's going to be. Alright, so you want to go ahead, mark your spot, and get ready to put that handle on right there.
