"Now the G major triad in three inversions. We'll begin by playing the root position. The notes and the chord are G, B, D. So we'll start by playing G on the third fret sixth string. B on the second fret fifth string. And then D is the open string. Next we'll play the first inversion. B is on the seventh fret of the sixth string. D is on the fifth fret of the fifth string. And G is on the fifth fret of the fourth string. And then the last inversion, the second inversion, we play D on the tenth fret of the sixth string. We play G on the tenth fret of the fifth string. And B on the ninth fret of the fourth string."
