So are you wondering on how you can use those sticky Crest White Strips. Well, my name's Michelle, and I'm a dental assistant with Solutionz, and I'm going to show you on how to use Crest White Strips. It's pretty easy. What you want to do is, you would just remove the strip from the package, and then peel off just the strip part of it. I've already done this on this one. And, then basically, you're going to brush and floss your teeth before placing the Crest White Strips on. Then you want to really make sure that your teeth are really good and dry. This is a little trick that you can do to make sure that the strip stays on, and that the bleach is actually just penetrating the enamel of your teeth. It doesn't have to go through any saliva or debris. So really brush your teeth good, and then make sure the teeth are really good and dry. And then what you're going to do is, you're just going to place the strip onto your teeth. You're just going to smile really big, place the strip onto your teeth, like such. And you're just going to fold the strip underneath your teeth. So, you're going to place 'em on your teeth, fold it under, just like that. And you leave it on there for the recommended time, as far as it's usually twenty to thirty minutes. And then, once, when you place the strip on, you just really want to make sure that you push on each individual tooth to make sure that the bleaching solution gets into the crevices of your teeth, and underneath. And then you wear it for about twenty to thirty minutes. And then you remove the strip, and then brush and rinse your mouth out really good with water to remove off the excess bleach.
