"Hi, I'm Teri and in this segment I'm going to teach you how to have a beautiful complexion. Now of course, some people just naturally have really nice complexions, but we definitely do things to improve our complexion as well. Now the first thing you want to start off with is a proper diet. Your skin really is affected by the foods that you put inside your body, so eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, a lot of...staying away from some of the greasy junk foods. It really does reflect in your skin as well as if you're getting proper sleep, or if you're a little stressed out, that's going to show up in your skin. I always notice a blemish or two when I'm under some stress, so you want to keep yourself, and your life, stress free. You want to eat healthy, and of course, a daily skin regimen works as well. So, morning and night, I recommend a cleanser, a toner, and a moisturizer and a specific one for the under eye area, as well, because that is the lightest, thinnest, most delicate skin on your face, so you don't want to treat it with just regular moisturizer. You want to use something very specific made for the eye. Especially if it's ophthalmologist tested, so that if it leaks into your eye at all, it's not going to cause any irritation. You're also looking for a moisturizer with some SPF protection as well. A minimum of an SPF fifteen. I recommend all the way up to a forty-five or fifty if you're out in the sun a lot. Then of course, there's once a week regiments that you can add to your daily regiment, and that could be a facial scrub, or a peel that takes off the excess dead skin cells that you can't get off with just regular cleanser, a mask that takes, gets ya a little deep down in the pores and it firms your skin up nice and tight and firm so it doesn't get all saggy, and then you can use a little bit more expensive creams, maybe once a...once a week, very higher end stuff that might really do, you know things that have alpha-hydroxy or vitamin A or vitamin E just to really give that skin a nice glow as well. And that should help you with having yourself, giving yourself a beautiful complexion."
