"Hi, my name's Teri, and in this segment I'm going to teach you how to do a home facial. Now, how often should one do a home facial? Well, if you can once a week; I recommend it. And it only takes between fifteen minutes to a half an hour tops, so if you can squeeze a half an hour into your week I recommend once a week; once every two weeks or a month at the longest. I wouldn't wait any longer than that. Your skin's really going to need it. So, of course, you want to start with your basic cleanser. Anything that works for you will be fine; just a gentle cleanser. And then, you have a couple of options after that. You can use a mask, or one of my new personal favorite toys is a microdermabrasion kit. They're very inexpensive now to buy home kits at, and in comparison; to go to a spa where it might be eighty to two hundred dollars to get microdermabrasion you can do it for, a kit for under thirty bucks these days. So, either a mask or the microdermabrasion; either one takes between fifteen to twenty minutes. And then, of course, you want to moisturize with a top or a higher end moisturizer. And of course you want to use specific one for your eye area; something that's ophthalmologist tested, so something that's gentle on the eye, won't irritate the eye, and will help with dark circles, or wrinkles, or puffiness. And if you do that once a week you will start to see an improvement with your overall skin tone, and texture, and firmness very quickly. And that's how you do a home facial."
