"Hi everyone, I'm Russ Handler, travel expert. You know there's a difference between renting a plane and chartering a plane. When you rent a plane, you need to be a pilot. But chartering a plane means that you get the whole nine yards. You not only get the aircraft, its entire crew; but you also get everything else involve. So when you're a chartering a plane there's a few things you need to keep in mind. First of all, what's your budget? You could spend between one thousand and unlimited amounts of money per hour depending on where you're going or deciding to go to and from. So keep that in mind. Now when chartering a plane, you want to make sure that the person that you are chartering with is spending business for four 'till about five years at least. Make sure they have a good safe track record and you might want to also ask them about their pilots as well and how well train they are, most importantly, how many hours they have. When chartering plane, you'll also want to consider whether or not you want to go from a smaller city or a larger city. You can charter an aircraft just about anywhere at any major airports. So keep that in mind. I'm Russ Handler and that's just how you do it."
