"How to unforward a telephone call is as important as being able to forward it. You need to undo what you did. My name is Kathy Pabst Robshaw, withTelephone Effectiveness. I help individuals and companies make better use of the telephone, and knowing how it works is just one of the things that I'll teach them. Call forwarding is very simple. Your phone service must provide that feature. You would simply hit *73, in my case that's what my company suggests. Listen to the message. Plug in the number that I want to have the call forwarded to, and then the calls go automatically. This could be done because I'm away on business, or I'm out socially, or I don't want to miss a phone call. Undoing it is...is easy, as well. Hitting a different number, *74 in my case, and that will undo the call forwarding that I've put in place. Different companies have different numbers that you would use, so check with them and ask 'em what the numbers are that you should be using, 'cause you don't want to make a mistake, 'cause you'll miss lots of telephone calls. Kathy Pabst Robshaw, Telephone Effectiveness."
