"What does a spring onion and a yellow onion have in common? They are all the same. They are scallions. They come from the scallion family. Hi I'm Jawara, a chef for 20 years and today I'm going to show you how to cut scallions. You have to remove this here and remove this and remove this. Now we take them over here and clean them.
