Fleas create a lot of problems for animals not to mention allergies and just annoyances, skin infections all sorts of things like that and so it's important if your dog has fleas to get rid of them. Well how to do that. There are lots of different ways to consider that. One is to think about the environment. The first thing to do with an environment if your dog has fleas is to vacuum regularly, especially with rugs and deep rugs and things like that because flea eggs like to sit in rugs. Outside environment there are sprays and commercial products available to treat the yard and things like that they just don't necessarily work great. Getting rid of loose brush things like that is always a good idea and leaves. But third would be treating the pet themselves. There are lots of products on the market that are designed to kill fleas and keep killing fleas monthly and check with your veterinarian as far as how to use them and what product might be appropriate for your pet and also as far as if there are any underlying skin diseases or anything like that that need to be addressed at the same time.
