Pineapples are very rich in nutrients, and enzymes, that have been shown to be helpful for lung health, so some people like to engage in what's called a pineapple fast, and the way you do that is very simple. You just eat as much pineapple as you like, for about three days, and you don't eat anything else, and you can go as long as ten days, on the pineapple fast, and as with any fast, you want to make sure that you're feeling well, and strong, when you undertake the fast.
