"Hi, my name is Dr. Kim Makoi, and I'm a holistic chiropractor, from San Francisco, California, and this is how to take, apple cider vinegar. The most common way to take apple cider vinegar, is to mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, with eight ounces of water, and to drink it. The water can be cool, or room temperature, or you can use hot water, and drink it as a tea. You can also make a salad dressing, by mixing equal parts of apple cider vinegar, with olive oil, and maybe adding a little bit of maple syrup, or cloves, to your taste, and you can also buy apple cider vinegar in capsules, at the health food store. That's the best option, for people who really can't deal with the taste, and the best time to take apple cider vinegar, is usually first thing in the morning, before breakfast. That will give you the most of the tonifying benefits, of taking it, and basically, that is how to take apple cider vinegar."
