"Hi I'm Lauren, and today I'm here to discuss how to stop growing gray hair. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do about growing gray hair, it's part of your hair life cycle. As your hair grows in and as you age, your body goes through changes every seven year. With those changes are also the changes of your hair, so as you begin to get older, it's just part of the aging process in order to get gray hair. Unfortunately there is no way for us to prevent our hair from growing and prevent the gray from coming in. There are things that we can do in order to decrease the amount of gray hair that we get at a specific time. If you maintain a health stress level and a well balanced diet you won't get as many gray hair in a condensed period of time. You will actually allow your hair to adjust to its life cycle because stress does add to gray hair and it will prevent, make your hair turn gray faster if you do have very high stress levels. Unfortunately as of today there is no technology that will prevent us from growing out or not growing gray hair. The best thing that you can do is go to your local salon or grab a box from one of the local drug stores and to color your gray hair, so that way you will be the only one who knows that you have it. And now I'm just explaining how to not stop growing gray hair."
